10. Will you bill my patients, and will they contact you for any billing issues?


Patient statements will be generated on a monthly basis to inform them of activity on their account. Patient statements will clearly indicate when a patient balance is due. Should it be necessary, we will contact the patient by a series of letters and phone calls regarding any delinquent balances. We will work closely with your office to be sure that your patient's accounts are handled in a manner that meets your approval. Your patients are welcome to contact us directly with any billing questions.
